These activities revise and extend previous spelling and vocabulary exercises.
Personal classifications of words can be shared and discussed e.g. I know that a dodo is an extinct bird, but I think it is the funniest ‘d’ word I have seen. I think ‘Dracula’ is a scary word, but I do not know if there ever was a real Dracula.
